Upon engaging Diana’s Quality Care Services, clients are bound by the following terms and conditions. Our services encompass caregiving assistance, companionship, and support, provided within the scope agreed upon in the service contract. Fees for services rendered are to be paid promptly as specified in the agreement, and any late payments may incur additional charges.

Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes to scheduled appointments. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. We prioritize client confidentiality and adhere to all applicable privacy laws, handling personal information with utmost discretion.

Both clients and caregivers are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor at all times. Any instances of misconduct should be reported immediately for appropriate action. While we make every effort to ensure client safety and well-being, Diana’s Quality Care Services cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances or incidents during service provision.

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback and address any concerns promptly to ensure the highest quality of service delivery. Either party reserves the right to terminate services with reasonable notice if deemed necessary. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with said laws.
